Iveco 4 x 4 Auger Truck Bodywork
Fitted with pole carrying, installation and removal equipment and bodywork. Hiab crane with Auto guide power head and auger drill. Auto guide hydraulic pole jack removal equipment. Hydraulic tamper with kidney foot. Auxiliary hydraulic tech reel. Front mounted Ramsey winch with wander lead control . Heavy duty lashing points. Skirt lockers, deck locker. High specification bodywork. Heavy duty front bolster with removable pins, mesh in-fil, crane jib storage bracket, auger storage bucket. Power head cradle. Hydraulic rear bolster, in raised position enables poles to lay horizontal reducing overall load height. When lowered the Hiab crane can be operated over the top of loaded poles. Bolster hydraulics are independent of the vehicle engine being electrically operated by the vehicle battery.

Substation Fitters Box Van Body (Oil Van)

Economy
Galvanised steel under frame, alloy plank flooring, alloy front bulkhead with window aperture, alloy crate retaining side raves and alloy angle rear frame. The body is capped with an alloy framed translucent glass fibre roof, fully gusseted at all corners, together with plastic rear wings and mud flaps. A deck light is also included.
Options: Deck mounted insulated goods boxes and half rear bulkhead.
All Alloy
Alloy framed throughout with smooth face alloy plank flooring, radiused alloy framed roof clad with alloy sheet, alloy framed front bulkhead with window aperture, alloy crate retaining side raves, plastic rear wings and mud flaps. Deck light.
Options: Deck mounted insulated goods boxes and half rear bulkhead.
Springside
Alloy framed throughout with smooth face alloy plank floor and solid front bulkhead with rear view aperture. Alloy framed roof clad with alloy sheet and PVC side curtains top hung on heavy duty spring rollers. Alloy bottom finger rail and solid rear bulkhead. Alloy crate retainers, plastic rear wings and mud flaps. Deck light.

Quickload
Alloy framed throughout with smooth face alloy plank floor and solid front bulkhead with rear view aperture. Alloy framed roof clad with alloy sheet. Sides enclosed by lightweight alloy roller shutters, hasp and staple closure. Solid rear bulkhead, alloy crate retainers, plastic rear wings and mud flaps. Deck light.

Twin Float
Dual purpose Twin Float™ bodywork is all alloy section and GRP insulated panel construction. Features an insulated box mounted either in front of or behind a conventional open deck. Various door arrangements are available for the insulated box depending on the configuration. Refrigeration can be provided by an engine driven refrigeration unit with electric overnight standby if required.
Options: Springside PVC curtain or Quickload alloy shutters to open deck.
Safeload
All alloy section and GRP insulated panel construction. Fully insulated throughout. Sliding side doors giving access to the milk deck. Standard bodywork has a solid rear panel. Refrigeration can be provided by an engine driven refrigeration unit with electric overnight standby if required.
Options: Interior bulkheads. Shelving and racking. Insulated rear shutter.
Insulated Deck Mounted Goods boxes
White painted steel exterior panels. Galvanised, spangled steel interior panels. Doors hung on stainless steel hinges, locking paddle handles with slam lock and rubber gasket seals. Steel top hat sections to base of box for mounting to deck.
Options: 12 crate goods box. Door each end. Double rear door goods box.
Grounds Maintenance Vehicle Conversions
We have recently completed a batch of special dual compartment tipping bodies specifically designed to end user requirements for power line tree clearance operations.
Based on Ford Transit 350 LWB Chassis cabs, the vehicles featured a secure GRP forward compartment with side access via two alloy roll-up shutters fitted with lift bar and additional Hasp and Staples.
The tipping body has a galvanised steel tipping sub frame with under floor hydraulic ram. The smooth alloy plank floor ensures clean tipping and full height fixed front and side panels form the load compartment. The rear is enclosed by an alloy plank double acting tailgate with drop-down access step and tow ball protection plate. Robust access grab handle is fitted to nearside rear.
The front section of the load compartment is enclosed by a sloping alloy roof section to contain chippings. Below this along the offside inner sideboard galvanised ladder brackets are fitted to carry ladder, with securing strap.
The vehicle is fitted with all lighting to meet legal requirements plus additional roof mounted beacons and front and rear Amber hazard LED strobes.
Towing is facilitated by approved Witter tow bar fitted with Universal ball/pin coupling and 7-pin electrics.
Completed vehicle has an enviable 1000KG pay load , with its robust and durable alloy construction ensuring many years of trouble free service.
