Former home delivery vehicles suitable for conversion arrive with a front ambient compartment accessed via a near-side shutter, frozen central compartment with door and a chilled rear compartment with shutter.
The conversion process is as follows:-
- Existing alloy shelving is stripped out;
- We cut out the shutter aperture and trim with alloy section;
- Supply and fit narrow lath alloy shutter with lift bar handle and budget lock;
- Mill alloy finish;
- Alloy slatted shelving is fitted throughout;
- Fit a full-length, full-width load compartment with central upstand divider;
- Strip out existing alloy shelving in the rear compartments;
- Reposition interior lights;
- Fit two vents to intermediate bulkhead, trimmed with alloy and mesh pannelled;
