For example, we converted a Mercedes Benz Sprinter Box Van to Half Curtainsider for a customer to allow them to accommodate pallet loading and unloading much more accessible. The low cost of a curtain side conversion such as this very quickly pays for itself in higher productivity levels and faster processes.

For example, you can see how we took an ex-Tesco Home Delivery Vehicle and converted it for one of our customers. In this case, the conversion process went as follows:-
- Existing alloy shelving was stripped out
- We cut out the shutter aperture and trimmed it with an alloy section
- Supply and fit narrow lath alloy shutter with lift bar handle and budget lock
- Mill alloy finish
- Alloy slatted shelving was fitted throughout
- Fit a full-length, full-width load compartment with a central upstand divider
- Stripped out existing alloy shelving in the rear compartments
- Repositioning of interior lights
- Fitted two vents to the intermediate bulkhead, trimmed with alloy and mesh panelled
