Tipper body conversions
Osborne Motor Bodies has a long-standing reputation for building and delivering vehicles for the dairy industry, but our skills are by far not limited to the dairy industry only.

An example is the conversion of a Vauxhall Movano Mesh Cage Tipper for a grounds maintenance contractor. The vehicle has an alloy tipping body with galvanised steel tipping subframe and underbody hydraulic ram.
Another tipper body conversion we completed was an all-steel tipping body with mesh cage extensions. This type of conversion would be suitable for most waste management companies.
The 4200mm long body has folded steel drop side and tailboard sections with removable mesh side extensions, full-height mesh bulkhead and double-hinged rear barn doors all to 200mm internal height.
