Arbourist tipping body on a Ford Ranger King Cab chassis

The all alloy upper framework was built onto a fully galvanised steel underbody electro-hydraulic tipping gear. With fixed full front bulkhead and side panels the body features a high hung swing & drop tailboard with double rear doors above.

Front and rear Ramshorns facilitate stowage of customer's ladder, the rear cross bar being removeable to allow full use of chipper into the loadspace.

With the vehicle being dual purpose for both tree work and log delivery operations,the loadspace is dived 50:50 with a drop- in alloy partition,to enable full and half load deliveries.

We have recently completed a Grounds Maintenance mesh cage conversion to a Ford Transit factory crew cab tipper.
Following an initial consultation with the returning customer their requirements were identified and with minimal further input the bespoke build was completed to their satisfaction. The tipping body features purpose built GRP front storage areas, fitted with hinged access doors.
The rear load area is enclosed by mesh side panels with unloading through full height mesh panelled rear doors, secured with container type locking gear. Additional equipment supplied included high security clam shell type locks to the forward storage compartment and reverse camera with colour in-cab monitor.
