Isuzu N75.190 "Safeload" Dairy Delivery Vehicle
Osborne Motor Bodies have recently completed an Isuzu N75.190 "Safeload" Dairy Delivery Vehicle.
The vehicle has a fully insulated and refrigerated forwarded compartment and an ambient rear compartment for bread.
Construction is all aluminium throughout. Plastic mudguards are fitted over the rear wheels. Front and rear bulkheads are 54mm O/D thick three element vacuum formed panels with GRP skin both sides and a Styrofoam core. The roof has a three element build-up with the addition of strengthening timber cross rails inside the sandwich.
The birch plywood floor is covered with a two-pack polyester resin screed which is fully waterproof with drainage holes provided.
The 23mm thick three element door panels are top hung on nylon four wheel trollies for easy smooth operation and incorporate finger pulls each end. Standard door locks are anti-luce fasteners to hold the doors open and shut. Comprehensive alloy slatted racking is fitted inside the forward compartment with a vertical mesh partition forming a separate chilled area for goods.
Refrigeration is provided by a GAH SRF 43T Fridge Unit with three phase electric overnight standby.
The rear ambient compartment is accessed via a roller shutter. This is boxed off to prevent water throw-off onto the load when raised. Finish is plain alloy and white GRP with optional paint finish on the rear shutter and surrounds.
Payload of the vehicle is 3480KG including the driver.Contact Us
